Valid Resale Permit: Specific to electrical and lighting products.
Active Customer Base: Westgate products are strictly for resale and may not be used for personal or internal company purposes. Your customer base should include businesses, designers, contractors, or end users to whom you will resell our products.
Industry References: At least two current manufacturers in the Electrical/Lighting field.
Minimum Order: Required for higher distributorship levels offering no minimum free shipping
Positive Reputation: A strong presence within your community and positive reviews on platforms like BBB, D&B, Google, Yelp, etc.
Customer-Facing Front: Westgate requires a customer-facing front, such as a warehouse with a counter, a showroom, or a website integrated with a stocking warehouse. We do not sell to businesses operating out of residential offices, end-users, or directly to contractors to ensure we are delivering tailored and exceptional service to our customers and consumers.

AGREEMENT FOR EXTENSTION OF CREDIT

The information contained on this application is submitted by the undersigned for the purpose of obtaining credit. The undersigned expressly agree to make payment in full to Westgate Mfg., Inc. for all purchases in accordance with Westgate Mfg. invoice(s). Should the undersigned default in any such payment, the undersigned expressly agrees to pay a late charge. The undersigned further agrees to pay a reasonable attorney's fee and all other costs and expenses incurred in the collection of any obligation of the undersigned pursuant hereto. This agreement shall become effective when accepted by Westgate Mfg. Inc. authorized representative. The undersigned authorizes Westgate Mfg., Inc. to collect from the customer's bank account or credit card, without prior authorization in the rare event that the customer is negligent and unresponsive about an open balance that has been overdue more than the acceptable period by management, providing that Westgate has sufficient proof of order and delivery and there are no pending disputes. The undersigned shall not transfer or assign its rights or obligations pursuant to this agreement without the prior written consent of Westgate Mfg., Inc.

The undersigned additionally agrees to all terms and conditions in Westgate Mfg., Inc. General Information and Policy Statement.

The undersigned further agrees that all credit transactions shall be considered to have been made in the State of California. The undersigned agrees that in the event of any suit, action, or proceeding arising out of Westgate Mfg., Inc. extension of credit to the undersigned, venue shall be in Los Angeles County, California. The undersigned accepts personal responsibility for all amounts owed to Westgate Mfg., Inc.

The undersigned individual who is either a principal of the credit applicant or a sole proprietorship of the credit applicant recognizing that his or her individual credit history may be a factor in the evaluation of the credit applicant. Hereby consents to and authorizes the use of a consumer credit report on the undersigned by the above named business credit grantor from time to time as may be needed in the credit evaluation process.
